 I have strong listening and communication skills that allow me to deal with people on all levels and in all phases of Real Estate ownership. From the “First Time Buyer” to the “Empty Nester” I listen to my clients with the intention of providing advice and service that recognizes their individual needs and exceeds all their expectations. I routinely offer this level of service to all my customers and will continue to do so. In addition to Real Estate I have 30 years of experience in construction, development and home improvement as a general contractor. Throughout the years I have developed contacts and a methodology for dealing with the myriad of rules governing residential and commercial construction in the greater Boston Metro area.
